Andrei joined Lazarovici & Partners in 2017 and he is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
Before joining Lazarovici & Partners, Andrei has achieved a wide experience within a top tier law firm, assisting clients in significant national and international projects and participating in Romania’s major insolvency proceedings.
He leads the dispute resolution practice of Lazarovici & Partners and advises clients in complex international business matters performed in various jurisdictions.
Andrei is a highly skilled litigator and an experienced business advisor, having represented clients in complex cases before national courts of all jurisdictions, as well as domestic and international investment arbitration proceedings. His areas of expertise include insolvency and restructuring, enforcement proceedings, FIDIC contracts, urban planning and construction law, corporate and M&A, administrative law, labor Law and consumer protection.
Andrei has been a member of the team handling one of the largest M&A transaction of 2018 and is actively involved in Bucharest’s urban zoning development projects.
He graduated the Faculty of Law from the University of Bucharest and holds a Master Degree in Public Law from the same University.
Andrei is passionate about science – fiction literature and enjoys practicing karate.
