Amalia founded Lazarovici & Partners in 2014 and she is a member of Bucharest Bar.
Before founding Lazarovici & Partners, Amalia has achieved a substantial experience within a reputed law firm, managing a large number of projects and acting for leading industrial companies and a top Romanian media trust.
Amalia is a skilled litigator and multidisciplinary counsel, advising clients in all matters concerning M&A deals, capital markets transactions and public procurement proceedings. She has also assisted high – profile investors with various real estate projects, for development of commercial and business centres, residential buildings and cultural establishments. Her areas of expertise include urban planning and construction, real estate, M&A, capital markets, tax law, PPP & and public procurement.
Amalia coordinates the legal activity of strategic chemical industrial players in Romania and was involved in one of the largest and most complex M&A transaction performed in 2018.
Amalia graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and currently she is studying psychology.
Amalia is also passionate about cultural anthropology and always enjoys playing a fair chess game.
