Antoaneta graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2001. She joined Lazarovici & Partners in 2022 and coordinates the Capital Market Department.
Antoaneta has gained extensive experience in capital markets, which she earned by working within Financial Supervisory Authority (former National Securities Commission) and within Capital Market Department of a top-tier law firm.
In the last 12 years, Antoaneta has provided legal services both as an in-house lawyer within multinational companies and as a consulting lawyer, having expertise in negotiating and drafting complex international contracts, M & A, legal due diligence, labor law, corporate, data protection, court litigation.
Antoaneta is passionate about skiing and traveling.
