Carmen Știrbu has over 20 years of professional experience, mainly acquired in top law firms, where she has managed large scale projects with top national and international clients.
She is highly specialized in public procurement, also having an in-depth specialization in labour law, data protection and constructions, with extensive experience in regulatory and infrastructure.
Her experience also includes legal tech & digital, contracts, corporate governance, banking, energy, debt restructuring, litigations, mergers and acquisitions.
Carmen has graduated at Bucharest University, is member of Bucharest Bar since 2001 and holds a master’s degree in public procurement. Has followed short classes at Cambridge University, is qualified as HR Inspector, but also as trainer.
She speaks English, French and Italian.
Public speaker at conferences and author of several articles, she is passionate of understanding the technical features of projects, being solution oriented.
